Engineering on the Eurofighter

On Tuesday 10th February, David Lye and Fiona Clark, both from Selex Galileo, kindly visited the School to present "Engineering on the Eurofighter" to the Engineering and Technology Society.

A large number of Staff and Pupils attended the lecture which looked at, amongst other things, the international links accross Europe that helped the new Eurofighter Typhoon aircraft to reach fruition and enter service with 4 Air Forces, our own RAF included.

Rampaging Chariots

The Rampaging Chariots competition held on Saturday 28th was a huge success. 16 teams in total took part, however there could only be one winner. Our two teams walked away with 5 medals and a trophy between them. SAS 1 came first in Sumo, and second in both the football and the assault course; SAS 2 also came second in the football and in Sumo.??Make?sure you check?the gallery below.
